As part of Nolte´s international business development strategy, Nolte FZE was established in Dubai in 2011, to develop Nolte’s business in South East Asia, Far East Asia, Middle East and Africa. Today, Nolte FZE has developed as the key international subsidiary for the Nolte Group and has established partners in 22 countries operating more than 70 Nolte branded showrooms within its region.

Nolte commands an average market share of 23% against European importers in the region of South East Asia, Far East Asia, Middle East and Africa and has collectively delivered over 23,000 kitchens and over 11,000 kitchens in project and retail business respectively. Nolte FZE has been able to achieve and maintain this substantial growth by continuously adapting and supporting its partners in their respective countries while developing a long term strategic growth plan that is specific to individual countries.

Sri Lanka is a very important market for Nolte and an integral part of its international growth strategy. Nolte established its partnership with Konsept Centro in 2013 to develop the brand’s business in Sri Lanka and has since become one of the fastest growing partners in South East Asia. Konsept Centro has delivered over ten projects and several retail kitchens, wardrobes and bedrooms in the island. Some of the projects that have been completed include Seven Sense, Dynasty Residence, Platinum Residences, Everest and Elysian Residences, among others.

Recently, Konsept Centro has also secured one of the ongoing prestigious projects in Colombo, Iconic Galaxy to install 275 kitchens. Nolte and Konsept Centro are also currently negotiating several other projects in Sri Lanka, which will mark an upward growth for the brand in the future.

To further strengthen our retail operations in the country, a branded Nolte Showroom has been launched in Havelock, Colombo
